RACE PACKS

These will be sent out approximately 2-3 weeks before the race date. If entries haven't all gone nearer to the race day then people can still enter even up to the day itself and can pick up their race packs from 8.00am on the day from Race Control on the main beach under the Yacht Club. 

SATURDAY 9TH JUNE 2012 - START TIMES -- 3K at 09:30am -- 10K at 10:30am

Prize money overall for 2012 is £1,500 with loads of great product prizes from the sponsors too. Entry fee for the 3K Beach Race is £10. We encourage people entering to run for our official charity ABERSOCH RNLI. The race starts at 9:45am so make sure you're at the start in the village in good time. There's loads of information on this site to help you plan for the race and once you've entered, more detailed information will be sent to you with your race numbers fin good time before race day.

NEW COURSE RECORD : £150
BOYS UNDER 16 : £100
GIRLS UNDER 16 : £100
BOYS UNDER 14 : £50
GIRLS UNDER 14 : £50

The 3K Beach Race starts at 9:30am so it is possible to enter 10K event too (16 and overs only!). The 10K starts at 10:30am so make sure you get yourself into the village quickly to the 10K start line. There's loads of information on this site to help you plan for the race and once you've entered, more detailed information will be sent to you with your race numbers close to the race day.

If you do want to enter the 10K event as well then just click on the 10K option when ENTERING ONLINE or tick the box on the downloadable entry form. This is just £18 or £16 if you are a member of an athletics club affiliated to Welsh Athletics or UK Athletics).
