Images of the course will also go up sometime in May, but here's the basic info to get you going.

The first mile is along the beach, a short section of road, then the first and main hill that is a track that lasts for 0.3 of a mile. Once you're up this the rest is pretty easy going. 3 miles of roads before a short section of track again before joining the beach again for a mile long stretch back to the finish line below the yacht club.
